In this first episode we are introduced to high school students Ricky and American Ninja who fight crime between classes. American Ninja somehow manages to land a date with Ginger Lee, the most popular girl in school. Shortly after the date comences Ninja learns that the real Ginger Lee has been kidnapped and he is dating a robot clone who has orders to assasinate him. Can Ricky and the real Ginger Lee save our hero in time?

Having graduated from high school, American Ninja and Ricky enter into College: Bayside University, Home of the Fighting Snow Crabs. They set up their new base of operations, the college dorm room, but Ninja seems troubled. Troubled that his ninja hero ways will suffer from the burden of college classes. In an attempt to calm his nerves he sees a ninja psychiatrist named Yoshimi and falls in love.

American Ninja and Yoshimi go on their first date but evil arises when two thugs invoke a spell that causes all the women on campus to have killer PMS, sending them into homicidal rages.

American Ninja takes on one of Yoshimi's patients, a disgruntled video store employee named Ted. Ted, driven insane by the customers always renting full frame and not widescreen movies, goes on a rampage of destruction to rid the world of full frame movies forever!

Two detectives stumble across the bloody remains of a ninja named Ruksoo Mito, American Ninja's arch-nemesis, and take our heroes into custody for questioning. What we get is a flashback story, told from two different points of view, to the ultimate showdown when American Ninja took his vengence for the death of his family.

Something is killing students on campus, washing their mouths out with soap until they die. American Ninja, Yoshimi and Ricky discover the demonic Devil Soap is behind the crimes. Can the team watch their language and survive the horrors of Devil Soap?!?!?

During a heated battle American Ninja breaks down and has a Vietnam flashback. Meanwhile, Yoshimi is kidnapped by a mysterious man from her past and only Ricky with the help of American Ninja who is trapped in a state of constant flashbacks can save her.

The series finale of American Ninja. Ruksoo Mito returns and makes one last attempt at global domination while keeping our heroes busy with foes from their past (Robox & Devil Soap in cameo appearances). Watch as our heroes take on one last mission to rid the world of evil forever!
